Hi! I’m Nicole. I’m a mother, a wife and enthusiastic home cook- in that order! I always consider how entertained the crew will be (kiddos and husband) and if the food will be decent when making any sort of plan. I love to cook and play around in the kitchen using the best quality and freshest ingredients that I can find. Fortunately for me, my husband has a green thumb and we live on the coast of North Carolina so I have access to plenty of home grown fruits and veggies, amazing fresh seafood, beautiful beaches, awesome restaurants, fun watering holes (wink wink), and tons of interesting stuff to do.
